She came from a horrible abuse situation where many of her puppies did not make it but she rose above it all and is fighting for the puppy she has left. ​Clara has been through a lot! She was beaten and shot! She has went through surgeries and fought to stay alive. She is a fighter and an amazing dog. She is super sweet despite what she went through. She is currently using a wheelchair to walk since she can't use her back legs, She is a strong dog and would love to have a family of her own that will give her unconditional love and assurance she will never be harmed again, She needs a medical foster and is starting hydrotherapy late January in hopes she will walk on her own again.

Meet Miller : MALE LAB MIX

Miller is a distinguished gent. Tall, dark and handsome with bedroom eyes for days.....
Approximately 3-5 years old, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccines.
We don't have any information on from before he landed at a Shreveport-area shelter, but we sprung him anyway since all the shelter people fell in love with him. He is currently in boarding outside of Shreveport where he spends the days frolicking with his best friend Weezer pictured below. Weezer also needs a loving foster and/or adopter.

​This little dude has a big spirit and needs a foster home or forever home ASAP. We gave him a proheart shot just to get him started on slow-kill….he’s also on doxycycline. 

 Will you please consider fostering him? He acts playful when he sees other dogs, so that’s positive. He is a little shy meeting new people, but that is because he has been moved around a lot recently and who knows before we got him what happened.

He’s a little older, they think between 6-8. He only weighs 40 lbs! You can carry him around!

Dixie is a sweet loyal, faithful girl! She looks for approval in everything she does! She gets along with her foster siblings, and I'm almost certain she can co-exist with kitties. Dixie is 3yrs old and her previous owners turned her in to the shelter after caring for her, her whole life! They stated she was an escape artist and that was the reasoning for them turning her in. They stated nothing but good things about her. (so why give her up) and she is in-fact 100% crate trained.
Dixie thrives to work, she likes to guard my yard when I take her outside for her walks she does a complete lap securing my yard before she potties! She is quiet and would do well with calmer fur siblings! Please consider
